O projeto Escola Compet\u00eancias de Vida (ECV) foi desenvolvido pelo grupo de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o Adapta\u00e7\u00e3o, Rendimento e Desenvolvimento Humano (ARDH-GI), visando treinar compet\u00eancias de vida em pessoas com vontade em melhorar as suas potencialidades pessoais, relacionais e de gest\u00e3o de equipas.<\/p>\n

O projeto decorre na Escola de Psicologia (EPsi) da Universidade do Minho (UMinho), enquadrando-se no \u00e2mbito do funcionamento da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o de Psicologia da Universidade do Minho (APsi). Esta associa\u00e7\u00e3o visa prestar servi\u00e7os de Psicologia \u00e0 comunidade, resultando de uma parceria entre a Universidade do Minho, atrav\u00e9s da Escola de Psicologia e dos Servi\u00e7os de A\u00e7\u00e3o Social, e as C\u00e2maras Municipais de Braga e de Guimar\u00e3es, dada a sua proximidade com a comunidade local.<\/p>\n

A ECV desenvolve-se nesta l\u00f3gica de presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os \u00e0 comunidade, baseando-se em indicadores conceptuais e emp\u00edricos acerca da efic\u00e1cia e vantagens da interven\u00e7\u00e3o nas \u00e1reas das compet\u00eancias de vida.<\/p>\n

O projeto tem, por isso, uma matriz de “investiga\u00e7\u00e3o-a\u00e7\u00e3o”, decorrendo dos trabalhos de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o do grupo ARDH, onde o tema da promo\u00e7\u00e3o de compet\u00eancias de vida \u00e9 estruturante no trabalho realizado.<\/p>\n

A ECV estrutura-se em torno de dois projetos principais, ambos relacionados com o treino de compet\u00eancias de vida: o programa ProELid e o programa Psi.Performance, ambos dedicados ao desenvolvimento das potencialidades humanas.<\/p>\n
